Why would I locate my Business to Pockar Park?

Pockar District is Calgary's only Centrally located warehouse and industrial area. We sit on 21+ acres, 11 buildings, 330,000+ square feet, 60+ community tenants and 1000 + people that call this home! Nestled between major road arteries; Deerfoot to the East, Edmonton Trail to the  West McKnight to the North and 32 Ave to the South.

We have community tenants that started their businesses here and have grown into the district for over 20 years.

We are a family operated district that has it's humble roots from the early 70's. From the time the Pockar brothers (brother by brother) came from the former Yugoslavia in 1952 they had the vision to create something that would give back to their children, their children's children ... to do the little things they couldn't.

Our vision is to preserve and revitalize Calgary's only centrally located district warehouse area and make into a wonderful destination for others to enjoy and explore like we do each and everyday along with our community tenants. Our mission is to build a strong community through engaged tenants whom help us shape a cultural beauty.
